If you make the call during the working week, Monday to Friday and between 9am and 6pm, it will be answered by Colin or Terri, who are our customer services staff. They will listen carefully and then have a discussion with you to make sure they completely understand your requirements.
They will endeavour to answer your questions, offer advice if possible or attempt to match you with an Instructor and check availability should you feel ready to make a booking.
